Provide address numbers in contrasting color from the background positioned plainly visible and legible from the street or
road fronting the property. Numbers shall be a minimum of 4 inches high (2010 Oregon Structural Specialty Code 501.2
and 2010 Springfield Fire Code 505.1). I
Provide fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2-A:10-B:C every 75 feet of travel distance. The top of the extinguisher
shall be between 3 and 5 feet above finished floor (2010 Springfield Fire Code 906).

The enclosed permit application and drawings were reviewed by you on July 20th As per
the attached emilil you sent to Burt Walter;(the contractor), I have added material to make
the application complete. A check for the plan check fees and permit can be delivered to
you as soon as you let us know the amount.

The Contractor, Burt Walter Construction bn sign the application materials when he
comes to pick up the permit, or I can makJ other arrangements.
The hvac will be done by a design/build c6ntractor and they will be responsible for
submitting the energy forms. There are nol changes to the building envelope, so I assume
we do not need to submit forms for the en{,elope.
The plans show 2 toilet rooms. The eXistiJg drawings I have show one toilet room. In
determining the appropriate SDC's, pleas~ check with the original building permit to see
if the toilet room showing on the original plans was counted.
