To whom it May concern,
This letter is to attest to the fact that we understand that we are required to plant 3 street
trees on this property according to the City of SpringfierId's street tree planting program. We
intend to do this as soon as construction back fill and retaining walls are in place and the weather
is conducive to such activity.
