RE: Permit Expiration
The Springlield Building Code Administrative Code provides that in order for a permit to remain valid, the
work which has been authorized by the permit must begin within 180 days of the date of issuance, and an
inspection must be requested at least every 180 days in order for your permit to remain valid.
According to our records, you obtained permits to construct single family residences at:
865 South 37th Place, City Job Number 950806
3749 South Redwood Drive, City Job Number 950832
3747 South Redwood Drive, City Job Number 950833
967 Aldridge Place, City Job Number 950838
970 South 37th Place, City Job Number 950860
874 Aldridge Place, City Job Number 950866
All of the above mentioned permits were obtained on May 15, 1997, and we have no record indicating that
YOll have requested any inspections.
This lelter is to notify you that yonr permits will expire on November 14, 1997. The Building Safety Code
Administrative Code allows for anyone holding an unexpired permit the opportunity to apply for an
extension orthe time within which he/she may commence work. You may apply for a one time extension

expiration of your permits (November 14, 1997). If you are ready to request an inspection, please call the
inspection line at 541-726-3769 prior to November 14, 1997.
