The plans indicate leaving the east side of the designated "Future Use Area" as just that, for the
time being.
Please allow me to submit Building Code Chapter 29, whereas:
Total square feet: 3888/200 = 12 male/female, for a ratio of 1 :50
. - "- .r-- .,The first floor of the building has in place 2 unisex restrooms that each have one water closet and
one lavatory each. The tenants of suite 202 (the current in fill project on the second floor) will
have full access to the first floor restrooms. This will satisfy the required restrooms for the infill
project.
