Because the improper storage and disposition of waste creates a potentially serious pubiic health hazard, dead organic matter and debris must be stored in covered leak proof containers and be removed a minimum of once every Seven (7) days. . In an effort to eliminate conditions which may adversely affect community economic stability and to promote pleasant neighborhoods, all used materiais must be stored within a legally permitted building that is wholly/entirely enclosed with doors for use for ingress and egress. . In an effort to eliminate conditions which may adversely affect community economic stabiiity and to promote pleasant neighborhoods, it is unlawful to park, store, leave or permit the parking or storing of any licensed or unlicensed motor vehicie upon any public or private property within the city, unless completely enclosed within a legally permitted building that ;s wholly or entirely enclosed except for doors for use for ingress and egress. Nothing herein shall prohibit the storage of one (1) vehicle not in violation of other provisions of this code, where the same is screened from public view within a legally permitted building or behind a six foot (6') solid fence. The opposite of a stored vehicle is a vehicle which is iicensed, insured and coming and going on a regular basis. . With the exception of an approved driveway or parking lot, no vehicles (Including but not iimited to motor homes, busses, recreational vehicles, boats and utiiity trailers) shall be parked between the street and the primary buiiding.
