BOND CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND, SEWER OPERATIONS FUND, REGIONAL WASTEWATER FUND, EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FUND, REGIONAL WASTEWATER CAPITAL FUND, INSURANCE FUND, AND THE VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT FUND.
