RE: Change of Address
Dear Property Owner:
Recently, it was brought to our attention that your residence currently under construction
located at 925 Anderson Lane was addressed out of sequence, and with a duplicate
address of another residence on Anderson Lane which could cause a delay in emergency
response times.
Your property commonly known as 925 Anderson Lane, Springfield, Oregon, Lane
County Reference Number 17033311, Tax Lot 00700 has been changed. The new street
address assigned to your property will be 891 Anderson Lane. I will notify the following
companies and/or agencies of this change by sending them a copy of this letter:
Springfield Police Department
Springfield Fire Department
U.S. Post Office
U.S. West Communications
. Northwest Natural Gas
TCI Cable
Springfield News/Register Guard

This change will become effective immediately. An inspector will deliver a new placard
to the construction site with the new address indicated.
