~ Submitted Concurrently with a Major or Minor Site Plan Modification application
D Application Fee - refer to the Development Code Fee Schedule for the appropriate fee
calculation formula. A copy of the fee schedule is available at the Development Services
Department. The applicable application, technology, and postage fees are collected at the
time of complete application submittal.

~ Copy of a Preliminary Title Report issued within the past 30 days documenting
ownership and listing all encumbrances.

To whom it may concern:
Springfield Utility Board is proposing to construct a 60' X 60' "drive through" metal
building on tax lot 5500; Assessor's map number 17-03-35-41. The building will be
used to park vehicles and equipment. Engineering and excavation will be required to
site the building. Electrical will be fed via underground and will be used for lighting and
truck heaters only. The building requires no plumbing. The existing use of the property
is parking for company vehicles and outdoor storage.
