On hold to work out setback
problem. Left message for Scott
Davis on 8/2.
Per agreement with Scott Davis on
8/3/07: the house will be shifted
about 2' to the east in order to
maintain at least 10' street side
setback. The front setbacks need to
be at least 18' for the garage and 10'
for the porch. Because of the
minimum side setbacks a survey is
required.
For this parcel in Thurston Place, it
is the recommendation to the
Building Division, by the City
Engineer: "that no connections shall
be made to sanitary or storm H20
systems, until the subdivision is
accepted by City Council".
Drywell overflow routed to curb and
gutter.
Forwarded to the Building
Department for review
