Dear Customer,
We propose to furnish all materials and periorm all labor necessary to complete the following:
1. InstalllB .050 mil PVC mechanically fastened membrane roofing system, white,
over base sheet, over existing roofing.
2. Install new eave drip edge metal flashings.
3. Install new base flashings for pipes, HVAC unit and duct drops.
4. Reuse perimeter cap metal flashings. "
5. 20 year material warranty on lB.
6. Supply proper permits.
7. Roofing cannot accept responsibility for inadequately vented, insulated or poorly designed
buildings.

Notes:
1} HVAC unit disconnected from duct work by owner's representative.
2} Dry rot at southeast corner repaired on a time and material basis, or, by owner's
representative.
Price good for 30 days. Workmanship is guaranteed five (5) years. Manufacturer's roofing warranty is as stated above.
During demolition debris"may sift into attic areas. Ple-ase take measure to cover valuables.
Payment to be made as follows:
o Total due upon completion IKi Deposit of 10% with balance due upon substantial completion
In the event it becomes necessary to employ an attorney or institute a lawsuit to collect any payment due River Roofing under ttlis Agreement
or any modification to this Agreement, River Roofing shall be entitled to recover its attorney fees, costs and disbursements incurred. A late
payment charge of 2% per mo.nth will be added to any account not paid in full within 10 days after. billing. A rebilling charge of.,$25 will be
added to all past due accounts. An administrative fee of 25% will be assessed on all deposits if job is cancelled. Visa/Me for depo~its only.
The proposal set forth above may be withdrawn by River Roofing if not accepted within 30 days. The terms and conditions on the reverse
are part of this contract.
