have been analyzed:
] . The posts supporting the floor are being placed eccentrically on the exterior footing. The moment
on the foundation is (5/]2)* 175 = 731 lb. *ft. The section modulus is .23, and the total load is 617
Ibift. The total footing pressure is 6]7/(14/12) + 73/.23 = 846 pst The foundation may be
designed with a ] 4" wide footing.
2. A 4x]O header is required at the 7'-6" door at the addition.
