Certified Special Inspector with approval from the City of Springfield. Copies of inspection results shall be
provided to the City of Springfield.
Perimeter Foundation Drains: After gravel and filter cloth is installed but prior to backfill.
Underfloor Plumbing: Prior to insulation or decking.
Underfloor Drain: Prior to cover or placement of concrete.
Rough Plumbing: Prior to cover and including required testing.
