This submittal is proposing a change to a downgrade of the east warehouse from Type 11-8 to Type 111-8 construction
matching the construction of the west warehouse and making the building non-separated. Verified with City of Springfield
8uilding Plans Examiner Chris Carpenter that this was allowable in the OSSC due to extention of sprinklers throughout
the building complex and open yards on three sides. This proposal eliminates the original intent of constructing a three
hour fire wall between the east and west warehouses.
