the Willamette Meridian, 420.9 feet North of the mosl Westerly Southwest corner of said Donation Land Claim; rllllDing
thence East 322.1 fect; thence North 133 feet; thence West 322.1 feet to the West line of said Donation Land Claim; thence

Back Porch properties, L.L.C., an Oregon limited liability company, Grantor, releases and quit
claims to Hillview Baptist Church, an Oregon non-profit corporation, Grantee, all right, title
and interest in and to the following described real property:
Beginning at a point on the West line of Thoa. D. Edwards Donation Land Claim No. 55, Township 17
South, Range 2 West of the willamette Meridian, 553.9 feet North of most Westerly Southwest
corner of said Donation Land Claim; running thence East 322.1 feet, North 1]) feet, West 322.1
feet to West line of said Donation Land Claim No. 55; thence South along said West line 133 feet
to the point of beginning, in Lane County, oregon; EXCEPT all that portion described in Deed to
the City of Springfield, a municipal corporation, recorded July 21, 2006, Reception No. 2006-
051051, Lane county Deeds and Records, in Lane County, oregon.
The intent of this conveyance is to extinguish all of Grantors right. title and interest in and
to the above described real property arising by virtue of that certain easement set forth in that
certain deed dated November 16, 2004, recorded November 19, 2004, as Reception No. 2004-089585,
Lane County Oregon Offici~l Records. The true consideration for this conveyance is other than .
