To provide an area to grow vegetables, flowers and trees. 2. The common garden area is intended to provide an element for the tenants of the development which will foster a sense of conununity for the residents. 3. To stimulate social interaction. 4. Encourage self-reliance. 5. Beautifies tlte neighborhood. 6. Produces nutritious food. 7. Creates opportunity for recreation, exercise and education. 8.. Preserves green space. ORGANIZATION The President of the HOA shall send notice of the annual garden meeting to all tenants and owners. At that time bylaws shall be formed to address fees, elect a garden manager and write the "rules of the garden". A hold harmless clause will be included in the bylaws and will be signed by all tenants and owners who choose to participate. A compost site and device will need to be selected.
