The information in the development issues packet indicates that the applicant plans to create a 6-lot cluster subdivision
with 6 duplexes on individual lots. Pursuant to Willamalane's SDC policy, each new single-family attached dwelling unit
(duplex) would be subject to a system development charge (SDC) of $3,538 for park and recreation improvements.
The SDC would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based on the SDC policy in effect at that
time. Please refer the applicant to Willamalane's SDC fact sheet or to me, for further information.
