Re: Emergency Medical Hardship Application - DRC2009-00044
Attached is an application for an Emergency Medical Hardship to approve an existing 5th wheel
trailer currently being used as a residence for Thelma Crowson at 1434 "D" Street. A complaint was
received by Code Enforcement which prompted submittal of this application. A plot plan was
submitted and the description of the utility connections are attached. The Development Code
requirement states, "All travel trailers and other similar units used as temporary living quarters shall
have utility connections consistent with State law requirements for these units as in RV parks."
Could you please review the information and e-mail me any comments regarding the water, sewer
and electrical connections they currently have in place or can we meet when you have time?
