Dear Mr. & Mrs. Crowson:
On January 5, 2010 the City of Springfield issued a decision for approval with conditions
of a Temporary Medical Hardship at 1434 D Street. The decision required conditions one
through 5 to be completed by January 31, 2010 in order for the approval to remain valid.
Due to the cost of the electrical work to be' completed by a licensed electrical contractor
and a delay in a determination by the City of Springfield regarding charges for the
plumbing permits, a 30 day extension will be granted.
The completion date of conditions one through 5 in regards to Emergency Medical
Hardship case number DRC2009-00044 has been extended to March 2.2010.
