A recent observation of your property located at 466 Riverview
Springfield, Oregon reveals that it is in violation of the following City Code(s):
Article 6.02 of the Springfield Comprehensive Zoning Code relative to permitted
buildings and uses in the R-1 (Single Family Residential) District (copy attached).
The keeping of bees is not a permitted use in this district. The bees must be
removed from your property.
Therefore, by thirty (30) days from the date of this letter ( August 21, 1980 ),
the above described conditions must be corrected in order to conform to City Codes.
Unless you comply with this requirement or show cause why .it should not be complied
with, further action may be taken under the Codes of The City of Springfield,
Oregon. We trust that your compliance will make such action unnecessary,
