FINDINGS OF FACT:

*The additional height of the freestanding sign was reduced to 30 feet in total height.
2) The Board determined that the use and configuration of the property is unique.
3) The height of the business adjacent to the property provides a unique situation to allow a height
variance from the code.
3) The additional height of the freestanding sign will have no significant adverse affects on the
