RE: Proposed Dance and Recreation Center
Please note the following requirements for this t-'.Lut;^Jsed
facility.
1. The total occupancy load shall be 2550. By State Law,
it is your reo::>t;^Jusibili ty to make sure this max.irrn.nn is not
exceeded at any time.
2. Fire lanes Wough the property to the sprinkler fire
department connection and building shall be maintained at all
times. It is suggested that the parking lot be striped to
indicate restricted parking area, fire lanes, and parking spaces.
3. All exit doors shall be unlocked and in good \'oOrking
condition at all times the building is occupied. It is prest.mlE!d
the entire building is occupied at any time any part is open to
the public. Therefore, all exits shall be unlocked at time of
use. There is no exception for partial use.
4. Fire extinguishers shall be kept in place at all times,
inspected regularly to make sure they are in good \'oOrking condition
and shall be inspected by a reliable finn at least once a' year .
