Purchaser) the following described personal property and equip-
ment, now being located at the Mill Camp Restaurant at 211 "Q"
Street, Spr~hgfield; Lane County; Oregon 97477; to-wit:
"SeeEXHIBIT"i\" attached' hereto; consisting of 6 pages,
which is hereby incorporated by this reference and EXHIBIT
"B" attached hereto, consisting of 4 pages, which is hereby

This sale and transfer is without warranty, and the equipment
described in the attached exhibits are accepted by the Purchaser
in their present;' actual condition, AS IS, without warranty of
any kind, express or implied; by.. the Small BUsiness Administration.
However, an~'- wartan tiesprev iolisly 9 i ven to the u. S. Small Business
Administration by Edward Ramsay are assigned to the Purchaser and
shall be deemed fot their benefit. Purchaser has examined this
list and the items actually on the premises and certifies that
the iistis accurate and acceptable to Purchaser.
The true and actual consideration for the equipment is the
sum of $10;000.00 based upon cost value. This Bill of Sale is
intended to transfer all equipment located at the Mill Camp
Restaurant at 211 "Q" Street" Springfield, Oregon.
