The use of a sand filter is acceptable in lieu of vegetative treatment with some conditions. The proposed location may require modification due to driveway restrictions. If the current.location is used the sand filter must be protected from traffic. The facility will also require a maintenance agreement to be attached to the property on which it is located. Additional comments not related to the completeness of the application: . The proposed development has two driveways immediately adjacent to one another. It appears that the site could be easily modified to eliminate one of the driveway openings and the stormwater treatment facility relocated to a position that would allow it to be removed from traffic. . Due to maintenance costs a vegetated treatment option might be desirable for the . property the facility is located on. Date Received: Planner: SH 6-2:-1-/)\ Revised 10/25/07 .. .
