Gentlemen:
I inspected open construction site on January 16, 1990. Lot slopes
gently toward left rear. Construction area was graded 1.0 - 2.0
feet below original ground and sloped toward left rear. Soil is
dark gray, very plastic, moist clay; water accumulation noted in
left rear area.
Bar run pad constructed as foundation base:
1. Placed and compacted in 6 inch lifts.
2. Thickness - 36 inches.
3. Extended 3.0 feet outside footing perimeter.
4. Base of pad drainage provided at left rear leading to

Consider foundation pad as constructed will serve as a stable base for
