Gentlemen:
In going through our files we came across a building permit application for a
hot tub to be installed at 696 Riverhills Drive - Building Permit Number 800647,
that was submitted on July 10, 1980.
In the 1979 State Building Code, Section 303 (c) explains that any application
for which no permit is issued within 180 days shall expire by limitation, If
conditions beyond your control have prevented you from proceeding on this pro-
ject, please submit a letter stating the circumstances and if conditions warrant
the Building Official may extend your application for a specified period of time,
If this application is allowed to expire, it will be necessary to submit a new
application and a new plan check fee will be due.
If we do not hear from you within the next ten days we will assume that you
have canceled this project and we will clear our files of all related material,
If you have any questions concerning this matter call the Springfield Building
Division at 726-3753.
