Comments: This is a replacement garage in the same footprint as a garage that burned down. It has a non-conforming rear setback
of 6'. This is allowed based on SDC Sec 5.8-120 which allows replacement of non-conforming structures.
The building also straddles two tax lots (17-03-27-33/10000 and 14500). The owner is required to sign a deed restriction
covenant prior to BP issuance. Contractor given a copy of deed restriction form on 3/22/11 and I am awaiting its return.
