The property listea on the attached form is in violation of a Springfield City
Code and/or Orainance. Rather than issuing a citation or taking immeaiate legal
action, it is the City's standard practice to inform citizens of the violation
and request that it be correctea within a reasonable time.
The attached form specifies the violation, the corrections necessary in order to
comply with the applicable COde/Ordinance, and the date by which your corrective
action.must be completed.
In the event that you have not taken corrective action by the assigned time
deadline, the matter will be referred to the City Attorney's Office for further
action.

on the property ana is open ana accessible ana is an
attractive nuisance. In aaaition, the mobile home is
on property that is zonea Community Commercial.
Mobile homes are permittea only in mobile home parks
ana mobile home subaivisions.
The mobile home must be removea from the property.
I haye contactea you on several occasions regaraing
this violation ana although you have agreea to remove
the mobile home, it has not yet been aone.
If you wish to meet with the Coae Enforcement Officer
to further aiscuss the violation, you may attena an
informal conference on March 9, 1989 at 10:30 a.m. at
the Planning ana Builaing Department, 225 N. 5th
Street, Springfiela (726~3759). If this time is not
convenient ana you wish to scheaule another time, you
must ao so prior to 4:30 p.m. of the aay before the
scheaulea conference.
