RE: Temporary Occupancy
Dear Harna:
On September 17, 1990, a Temporary Occupancy was granted to you to occupy the
manufactured home at 750 Scotts Glen Drive, Springfield, Oregon. As a condition
of the Temporary Occupancy, 'you are required to complete .the following item no
later than October 17, 1990.
1. The required skirting with vents must be installed. .
2. The required storage structure must be l~cated on'your property.
3. Permanent steps'with handrails must be constructed. I have'enclosed a
diagram to assist you with the requirements for construction.
4. Street address numbers must be placed on ,the home.
5. The storm drains must be installed.
6. The required street trees as noted on your' plot plan mus~ be planted.
An inspection will be conducted on October 18, 1990 to ensure compliance. If
,the items are not completed the Temporary Occupancy will expire and legal ac tion.
