RE: Temporary Occupancy

Dear Marna:
On August 2, 1990, a Temporary Occupancy was granted to you to occupy the
manufactured home at 655 Scotts Glen Drive, Springfield, Oregon. As a copdition
of the Temporary Occupancy, you are required to complete the following ftems no
later than September 2, 1990.
1. The required skirting with vents must be installed.
2. Permanent steps with handrails must De constructed at all entrances to the
home. , '
3. Street address numbers must be placed on the home.
4. Rain drains must be installed on the home and connected to the storm sewer
system.
5. The required storage structure as noted on your plot plans must be
constructed.
6. The required street trees must be planted.
An inspection will be conducted on September 3, 1990 to ensure compliance, If
the items are not completed the Temporary Occupancy will expire and legal action
may be taken in order to ensure compliance.
