Dear Mr. Nelson:
I am sending this letter as requested in our telephone
conversation on January 12, 1990,
The east half of the south wall, at 361 Shelley, 'meets the two
hour fire-resistive requirement. The west half of the south wall
does not. A second layer of 5/8 inch Type X gypsum board shall be
applied to this wall section before the two hour fire-resistive
requirement is satisfied.
