Dear Mr. and Mrs. Parmenter:
I am writing with regards to the final inspection which was performed at 302 and
316 Scotts Glen Drive on June 7, 1990. As a result of that inspection, it was
found that the trees you planted, are both of incorrect size and type. I am
enclosing the required street tree listing for your use.
This letter is to inform you that the trees that are currently not in compliance
with the Springfield Development Code must be removed and approved street trees
installed within 20 days from the date of this letter. If you have specific
questions regarding the trees, please contact Greg Ferschweiler at 726-3761, or
if I may assist you, please feel free to contact me at 726-3790.
