THIS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF THE PROPERTY OWNERS.
THE PURPOS( OF THIS SURVEY WAS TO PARTITION THE PROPERTY UNDER
DIRECTION OF THE OWNERS AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORS 92 AND 209. THE
BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS SURVEY HELD THE TWO FOUND MONUMENTS SET
IN COUNTY SURVEY FILE NUMBER 31858 ON THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE
PARCEL DESCRIBED IN THAT RECORD OF JUDGMENT RECORDED IN RECEPTION
NUMBER 94-01874, LANE COUNTY OREGON DEED RECORDS, WHICH ESTABLISHED
THE WESTERL Y LINE. THE SOUTHERL Y LINE HELD FOUND MONUMENTS ALONG THE
