Dear Si rs:
A routine review of building permit applications indicates that no permits have
been obtained for the proposed construction at 514 "0" Street
for which an application was made on Julv 13. 1981
The State Structural Specialty and Fire and Life Safety Code states in Section 304(c)
that ';Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date
of application shall expire by limitation and plans submitted for checking may there-
after be returned to the applicant or destroyed by the Building Official. The Build-
ing Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceed-
180 days upon written request by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond
the control of the applicant have prevented action from being taken. In order to re-
new action on an application after expiration, the applicant shall resubmit plans and
pay a new plan check fee."
If we do not hear from you within the next ten days we will assume that you have
canceled this project and clear the files of all related material. If you have any
questions concerning this matter, please call the Springfield Building Division at
726-3753.
