The Engineer of Record has re-calculated the fill necessary to construct proposed improvements and building pads within the flood plain. Enclosed herewith is an analysis that demonstrates the cumulative effect of proposed fills, when combined with all other existing and anticipated development, does not increase the water surface elevation of the base flood more than one foot at any point. The City Engineer has accepted these calculations. I believe this addresses all Of the conditions set forth in the Type II Tentative Subdivision Review, Staff Report & Decision dated April 7, 2006.
