- Dear Mr. Lawson,
Subdivisions are a staff decision in the City of Springfield. You may submit written comments regarding the
criteria of approval until 5 pm on the 13th of this month. Those written comments will be addressed in the
staff decision which should be issued in early November. Everyone who submitted comments will receive a
copy of the decision and will be afforded an opportunity to appeal. If an appeal appiication is filed by the
applicant or neighbors, then there will be an appeal hearing before the Planning Commission.
You may submit your comments by hard copy or electronically. If you have further questions please call me
at 726-3660.

Many residents have a ton of concerns about this development as it was railroaded
through the County Annexation Meeting as it was evide[1t to all whom attended.
When do you plan on having a public meeting for the City and residents of Lane County
on this fiasco?
