In our me~ing yesterday to discuss the above-referenced subdivision, we agreed there ,*ere several items
that needed to be submitted to the city in order for this submittal to be considered "com I lete" and,
therefore, ready for review, etc., to "twn the clock back on". I have listed these items the attached
document titled "Legacy Estates Subdivision "TO DO"/Submittal List". We further agr ed that this list
needed to be acknowledged/agreed upon by certain parties. Each of these parties is list d below with a
space for acknowledgment signature and date.
Please acknowledge your concurrence below and fOTWard on to Matt Stouder. When tms is completed,
please provide a copy to us and to David Corey.

Dear Jim:
The applicant for the above-referenced project acknowledges the fact that additional .
requited relative to the existing irrigation well that is located on Tax Lot #200 (to the 51: of the
proposed subdivision). City 51:affhas also requested clarification of data submitted in th storm drainage
study. The requested information may be extensive and require some time to collect, c mpile and submit.
Based upon the above-stated infoIlIJl.!. tion, the applicant has agreed to stop the clock fo~r\he 120-day rule
and all associated City codified time lines. The clock will begin to "tick" 14 days after associated data
has been submitted.
