Dear Jim,
Don will be out tomorrow and David is out today (will he return tomorrow?).
A demolition permit and a plumbing permit will be required to remove the existing structures and decommission
the septic tank. They will also need to check with the State Well Master regarding the procedure for abandoning
the well.
Any fill placed on the lots must be documented. The required building pad elevations will be required for the lots
in Zone AE.
If you need me to attend the meeting or have any specific questions for me on this project, please let me know
and I will try to respond as quickly as possible.
