A mylar reproducible plat and final documents in compliance with the provisions of Tentative.
Subdivision Approval for Legacy Estates Subdivision (SUB2005-00047) were submitted for review
by the City of Springfield and the Lane County Surveyor on July 26, 2007. Concurrent Flood Plain
Development Permit (SHR2005-0008) was also reviewed for consistency with the subdivision
approval.
Status: FINAL PLAT APPROVAL. Subdivision review procedures in accordance with SDC
Articles 3 and 35 have been completed as of this date and the materials are ready for recording.
Pursuant to Springfield Development Code Article 35 procedures for FINAL PLAT APPROVAL the
applicant must return recorded documents to the City of Springfield.
NO LOTS MAY BE LEGALLY TRANSFERRED AND NO BUILDING PERMITS WILL BE
ISSUED UNTIL 5 RECORDED COPIES OF THE PLAT AND ALL REQUIRED EASEMENTS
AND AGREEMENTS ARE RETURNED TO THE CITY PLANNING DIVISION*,
*Pursuant to Conditions of Subdivision Approval and Annexation Agreements for this
subdivision, no building .permits will be issued until the required sanitary pump station is
completed and accepted by the City of Springfield Public Works Department. A note will
~e added to the City Tidemark Permit Tracking System to that effect and will be removed
after completion.
This is Final Approval of your Subdivision application. Please refer to your Lane County
Filing Number and/or your City of Springfield Planning SUB File Number should further questions
