SDC 35.020 APPLICABILITY. The proposed property line adjustment meets code criteria for applicability, as demonstrated in the proposed submittal materials. SDC 35.030 SPECIAL SITUATIONS. This code criteria is not applicable to the proposed propt.7ty line adjustment submitted herewith. SDC 33.040 REVIEW. The proposed property line adjustment is submitted for review under the code criteria as set forth in SDC 33.040. SDC 33.050 PRELIMINARY SURVEY DRAFTING REQUIREMENTS. SDC 33.050(1) The Preliminary Survey shall be prepared, stamped aud signed by an Oregon registered Land Surveyor.
