2. A VRITTEN EXPLANATION OF THE PROPOSAL.
3. THE FILING FEE - A FILING FEE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL APPLICATIONS. THE FEE VARIES
DEPENDING UPON THE TYPE OF APPLICATION. THERE IS A $100.00 FEE FOR A TYPE I
SITE PLAN. APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS. A TYPE I SITE PLAN MUST CONTAIN ALL THE ELEMENTS NECESSARY
TO DEMONSTRATE THAT ALL DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS OF THE SPRINGFIELD DEVELOPMENT CODE
ARE BEING FULFILLED. TYPE I SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
THE FOLLOVING:
A TYPE I SITE PLAN MUST BE DRAWN IN INK ON QUALITY PAPER NO SMALLER THAN 8 1/2" X 14"
AND MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOVING INFORMATION:
[] THE SCALE (APPROPRIATE TO THE AREA INVOLVED AND SUFFICIENT TO SHOV DETAIL OF THE
PLAN AND RELATED DATA, SUCH AS 1" = 30', 1"= 50' OR 1" = 100'), NORTH ARROV, AND
DATE OF PREPARATION.
[] THE STREET ADDRESS AND ASSESSOR'S MAP AND TAX LOT NUMBER.
[J THE DIMENSIONS (IN FEET) AND SIZE (EITHER SQUARE FEET OR ACRES) OF THE
DEVELOPMENT AREA.
[J PROPOSED AND EXISTING BUILDINGS: LOCATION, DIMENSIONS, SIZE (GROSS FLOOR AREA),
CONCEPTUAL FLOOR PLAN, SETBACKS FROM PROPERTY LINES, DISTANCE BETVEEN BUILDINGS,
AND HEIGHT.
