RE: Refinement Plan and Metro Plan Amendment
Dear Jim:
I am writing this letter in response to the meeting we had on May, 18th 2004. At that
meeting you discussed various options that were available to John Hammer regarding
his Metro Plan and Refinement Plan Amendment application. We would like to
formally request that the processing of the application be delayed until the LUBA
concurrency decision is resolved. We understand that this decision will be made in late
June. We would like to make it clear that we do not wish to withdraw our application.
Until the LUBA concurrency decision is resolved we will be working with the City of
Springfield to address any other completeness issues regarding these applications.
