The following document is submitted in accordance with and in reference to ORS 92.090(4)a
through c; and ORS 9.090(5)a through c:
No sewage disposal facility will be provided to the purchaser of any parcel in the partition plat
2007-P by David S. Corey. Lane County Environmental Health Services has issued
Sewage Disposal Site Evaluation approvals S.L # 011 Z} 2 & () 7QZl3 ,for subsurface
sewage disposal areas for Parcels I and 3 of said Partition.
No water supply system will be provided to the parcel boundaries of any parcel within the
Partition Plat 2007-P , by David S. Corey. ParcelZ is already serviced by a domestic
well for which no Water Right or Permit has been grated. The remaining parcels are unserviced.
