It is our intent to submit the Final Plat Mylars and associated paper copies before the cutTent deadline of 4 July 2007. The monumentation of the rear lot pins on Lots 3-14 were delayed due to lot fill. Additionally, the project has been delayed due to the city's issuance of construction permits on the sanitary pump station. The applicant/developer (David Corey) was unable to purchase the property until these issues had been resolved (per his agreement with the owner), causing further delays.
