Linda:
I met with Ken concerning this application late yesterday. In addition to our concerns about the flood plain and flood
elevations, we discussed other reasons that we believe. will justify the need for an annexation agreement. Some of these
concerns are the sanitary sewer extension, storm sewer easements, street connectivity, and provision of future services to
the property to the East. I can discuss this in further detail with you, and will try to provide written comments to you on
Monday. . .

I'm getting phone calls on this one. Have you reviewed the flood study yet? This came in on October 9 and comments
were due Nov. 1. If the flood study is not adequate I need to get a Completeness Review memo out to the applicant. If it
is complete and no annexation agreement is required I need to schedule this forCC.
