DOC Joe- I listened to the entire audio recordings for the Sonnenfeld Partition for both the Development Issues Meeting (lON2006-00025 - held on 6/8/06) and Tentative Partition Plat PreSubmittal (PRE2007 -00003 - held on 2/2/07), and did not come across anywhere where I (or any other City Staff in the room) had discussed the electrical issue. Specifically, no one was recorded as saying that electrical service did not have to be provided prior to final plat. Regarding electrical service on non-panhandle lots such as this, I have consistently told applicants that all utilities need to be stubbed to the properly line, but not to the buildinQ envelope (as that location has often not vet been determined). That occurs during the building permit stage of the process. Perhaps she was confused by this - ':m not sure. I spoke with both Jim and Molly about this electrical service issue, and, apparently the mylars are ready to sign as soon as Ms. Sonnenfeld has the electrical service in place (to the property line). .eet me know if you need anything else from me regarding this, and I'd be happy to help.. I found the following findings and conditions related to electrical service: Finding # 21: The proposed Tentative Partition Map shows electrical power to Parcel 2 via the adjacent street. Condition # 2: All new electrical service to Parcel 2 shall be placed underground in accordance with the SDC 32. 120(2). Finding # 27: Section 31.050 (5) (d) requires the location and size 01 existing and proposed utilities and necessary easements and dedications on and adjacent to the site be shown on an Improvements Plan, including the proposed connedion points. The applicant has shown proposed connections to the existing sanitary sewer, electrical service, and water lines. The original Pre-Submittal meeting that I held was on February 2nd, 2007. I've been unable to find a copy of the tape this afternoon in Karen's office (and both she and Brenda are out of the office today), but have requested a copy to listen to first thing on Monday. So, at this point, ':m unable to confirm. whether or not Ms. Sonnenfeld's claim of what I said is accurate or not.
