Dear Mr. McClain;
In reference to your request to utilize a portion of Pacific's Fry-
Dixonville 230 kV Transmission line right-of-way, as recorded in the
Lane County Records, Reel 188D, Document No. 60269, for the purpose
of placing a sign which is approximately 14 feet in height; Pacific
has no objections.
Please note that, under the terms of a right-of-way, Pacific has the
obligation to keep the transmission line right-of-way clear for purposes
of maintenance and new construction. If your sign should hinder Pacific's
maintenance or new construction it may need to be removed.
