The applicant is requesting to install a roof sign on an existing structure, The proposed roof sign is 23, feet

In order for a modification to be granted, the following criteria must be met in order to approve a request:
I, Locational and/or dimensional problems have been identified,
My opinion is that the location and/or dimension of their proposed sign does not present any
problems,
2, The proposed adjustment will not cause any of the following adverse affects on neighboring
properties:
a) Creates a vision clearance hazard for pedestrians, motor vehicles, or bicycles,
The proposed sign is not located within any setback area and will be securely attached
