My understanding is that it takes 3-5 business days for them to obtain a check from the mall ownership group. Once the Development Agreement is signed, they will probably want to pick up and proceed with most or all of the outstanding permits. Thanks for your help with this! I talked to Andy Limbird in Planning Division, and planning is not approved yet. We have not received the signed development agreement for Cabela's. I have not completed the structural (building safety) plan review for -215, but it is next in line after the Cabella's tenant infill (#81l-SPR2010-2S7). On -79, the only item outstanding is receiving the City special inspection form signed by all responsible parties. Last we knew, the loading dock permit was just about ready, and that was weeks ago when I recall hearing that from Andy. Is ,the loading dock permit ready for pick-up and, if so, what are the fees associated with it? We need the amount so we can have GGP cut a check. Also, I believe Andy mentioned the City would know final site construction package (not including the separate loading dock permit) permit fees once Site Review was wrapped up. Can you please let us know these permit fees, as well, so I can get this check from GGP, too? Thank you, Tina L.
