RE: Gateway Mall Cabela's - Building Permit for Site Work I Loading Dock
If it's feasible, , think for their benefit we should try and provide a breakdown of each permit fee so they can prepare the
necessary payments based on their project schedule. My understanding is that it takes 3-5 business days for them to
obtain a check from the mall ownership group. Once the Development Agreement is signed, they will probably want to
pick up and proceed with most or all of the outstanding permits. Thanks for your help with this!
Andy

Andy,
I need her to respond to a specific permit #, there's at least 5 permits for Cabela's.
Then I can give her fee information.

To address the second half of her question, can we provide Tina with the permit fee calculations at this time or is
additional information required? Thanks

Dear Tina,
\.1
I
Are you talking about permits #811-51010-215 (site and loading dock) and #81ltR201O-79 (structural for loading
dock!?
I talked to Andy Limbird in Planning Division, and planning is not approved yet. We have not received the signed
development agreement for Cabela's.
I have not completed the structural (building safety) plan review for -215, but it is next in line after the Cabella's tenant
infill (#81l-SPR2010-2S7).
On -79, the only item outstanding is receiving the City special inspection form signed by all responsible parties.
Best regards,
Kip Kaufman

David and/or Kip,
I'm checking in with you about permits and permit fees......
Last we knew, the loading dock permit was just about ready, and that was weeks ago when I recall hearing that from
Andy. Is ,the loading dock permit ready for pick-up and, if so, what are the fees associated with it? We need the amount
so we can have GGP cut a check.
Also, I believe Andy mentioned the City would know final site construction package (not including the separate loading
dock permit) permit fees once Site Review was wrapped up. Can you please let us know these permit fees, as well, so I
can get this check from GGP, too?
Thank you,
