Cabela's Final Site Plan
Update: Staff has accepted the Final Site Plan for the Cabela's store and a standard Development Agreement form has
been sent to General Growth Properties head office for signature. When the original signed document is returned, it will
be executed by the City and appended to the Final Site Plan sets distributed to various departments. The City then will
be in a position to issue the Building Permits for interior and exterior site and building work. Please let me know if you
have any questions.

Mark: Attached is a standard Development Agreement for the Cabela's project at the Gateway Mall in Springfield.
Please review and have the document signed and notarized by the appropriate personnel before returning the original
for further processing. The document can be mailed or couriered to my attention at: Development Services Dept., City
of Springfield, 225 Fifth Street, Springfield OR 97477. I will provide a copy of the executed agreement when it has been
