When the original signed document is returned, it will be executed by the City and appended to the Final Site Plan sets distributed to various departments. The City then will be in a position to issue the Building Permits for interior and exterior site and building work. Please let me know if you have any questions. Please review and have the document signed and notarized by the appropriate personnel before returning the original for further processing.
