Andy, I thought you should be invited because we were told you are supposed to be the main point of contact for this
project and everything is supposed to go through you. I realize you're in planning, so in that regard, it probably isn't
necessary for you to attend. But I thought as the City's point contact, you would want to attend. You mention that you
plan to attend, but I'll leave it up to you, given our email dialogue.
Kip, can you please attend this meeting at the mall on Tuesday, 9/7, at 3:00 p.m.?

Hi Tina, if building permitting issues are to be discussed, my recommendation is to invite Kip Kaufman or another
Building Dept. representative. I will attend and can advise on Planning issues as necessary, but it sounds like the focus
will be on Building matters.

new Construction Manager wiil be with us and it would be nice to have a face to face w[th the city so he has a contact
when construction starts rolling.
